Whilst training to become an industrial clerk, you can also study an additional business management course at a college. The courses, which are held in German, consist of a mixture of lectures, seminars, project work and case studies. The innovative "Student Consulting" concept provides you with the opportunity to combine specialist and methodical knowledge learned in the courses with practical and professional knowledge.
The study course includes, among other things:
1st – 4th semester
- Learning basic, central business knowledge, for example from the field of economics and commercial law
- Parallel business English course during the 1st and 2nd semester
5th – 6th semester
- Targeted consolidation of the basic knowledge in different areas such as corporate management, service management, customer relationship management or logistics; during each semester, you also have the opportunity to take part in events on the subject of "social competence" with contents such as rhetoric, presentation and practical management
Final examination:
The study course is completed by taking a written examination in accordance with the relevant standards. On passing this examination, you are awarded the internationally recognized qualification: "Bachelor of Arts (Business Administration)".
Minimum qualifications to start course: high school leaving certificate with good grades
Condition
The basis of this course is a traineeship to become an industrial clerk which is completed at the same time.
